About Chatboat
Chatboat is a fully featured, real-time live chat widget. Below you should see the chat bubble appear on the bottom right.
It supports:
- Real-time chat using Pusher WebSockets
- Typing indicators
- File uploads for images & documents
- AI Auto-responder (Claude 3 Haiku) when no agents are online
- Visitor location tracking (GeoIP)
- Customizable widget interface
Go ahead and click the widget to start a chat. If you haven't assigned an agent online from the dashboard, the bot will answer your queries directly!
